The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) is a resident-led volunteer advisory group to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) that is appointed by the District's Board of Managers. The CAC assists the MCWD Board of Managers on matters affecting the interests of the Watershed District such as providing feedback on the District’s strategic initiatives, organizational plans, and policy priorities.
