Oncu Er is proposing a new pool, paver terrace and a retaining wall at 5420 Halifax Lane, Edina (Permit #23-137). MCWD regulates the project under our Erosion Control and Floodplain Alteration Rules.

 Permits are reviewed by staff for compliance with District rules. Interested parties may request that the permit be considered by the MCWD Board of Managers. Requests for board consideration must be submitted to Trey Jonas by email prior to June  8th, 2023  .
