The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is reviewing Permit application #22-290 for conformance with District rules. Garrett & Andrea Gronberg are proposed a new single family home at 65 Stubbs Bay Rd, Orono. The MCWD regulates this project under our Erosion Control and Wetland Protection rules, a 25' wide vegetated wetland buffer will be established as part of the project.

Permits are reviewed by staff for compliance with District rules. Interested parties may request that the project be reviewed by the Board of Managers. Requests for Board consideration must be submitted by email to Will Roach prior to 4:30PM on Thursday, August 18th.
