The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is reviewing permit application #21-153 for compliance with District rules. Sourceland Developement is proposing a Pavilion at 575 North Arm Dr, Orono. The MCWD reviews this project under our Stormwater Management rule, a raingarden is proposed to treat runoff from the structure.

Permits are reviewed by staff for compliance with the District rules. Interested parties may request that the project be considered by the MCWD Board of Managers. Requests for board consideration must be submitted to Will Roach prior to 4:30PM April 20th, 2021.
