The Outreach program: 

• Leads engagement, outreach, and communications efforts to strengthen the success of the District’s key strategic initiatives through strategic campaign planning and support
• Leads work to coordinate across MCWD programs to interpret data and design visuals to make complex data usable
• Coordinates MCWD’s engagement activities, including public events, presentations, public participation, organizational partnerships, and the MCWD Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC)
• Develops and manages content across MCWD’s communications channels (print, web, interpersonal, and presentations)
• Manages the District’s website, working to improve user experience and ensure accessibility
• Engages with the media to promote awareness of the District’s high-impact capital projects and policy initiatives
