There is currently no public access on Lake Louise. It is located off Northome Blvd in the city of Deephaven.
Lake Louise is a class 2B lake protected for aquatic life and recreation. MCWD staff has been monitoring the lake once a month from May through September since 2006.

Monitoring season duration was from May through September. Surface samples were collected once a month throughout the season and the parameters analyzed include: total phosphorus (TP) and chlorophyll-a. Measurements of Secchi disc depth were also recorded.

The following summary refers to Figure 3.25 (a-c).
- Secchi disk depth increased from 2.6 m to 2.9 m by the middle of July. Secchi disk depth decreased to 1.1 m by the middle of September (standard > 1.2 m).
- From May to June, chlorophyll-a concentrations were less than 5 µg/L. In the middle of July, chlorophyll-a concentrations increased to 41 µg/L, then decreased below the standard limit for the remainder of the season (standard < 15 µg/L).
- Surface TP concentrations fluctuated between 33 µg/L and 46 µg/L throughout the season (standard limit < 40 µg/L).
