OTHERS PRESENT
Eric Evenson, District Administrator; Mark Ten Eyck, District Land Conservation Program Manager; James Wisker, District Planner/Program Coordinator; Tom LaSalle and Brent LaSalle, District Real Estate Consultants; Robert Strachota, District Appraisal Consultant; Chuck Holtman, District Counsel.

Mr. Tom LaSalle and Mr. Strachota provided introductions and, with Mr. Wisker, reviewed with the Board the status of the District’s acquisition of 427-429 Blake Road in the City of Hopkins and its broader land conservation program efforts focused on the Minnehaha Creek corridor. Discussion concerned the relation between the land conservation program and the District’s capital project programming to reestablish a naturalized creek corridor and improve water quality by working on its own property and with cooperating riparian landowners on the creek reaches between Blake Road and Methodist Hospital. Mr. Ten Eyck noted that staff would be presenting a proposed cooperative agreement with the City of Hopkins for Board review and action at its July 15, 2010 meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the special meeting of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Board of Managers was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
