The MCWD Board of Managers approved the following fee schedule:

• District professional staff: $51.01/hour
• District permitting assistants: $31.30/hour
• District clerical staff: $46.09/hour
• Consulting Senior Engineer: contracted rate
• Consulting Engineer/Technician: contracted rate
• District Counsel: contracted rate
• Application fee: $10.00
• After-the-Fact fee (for working without a permit): $100.00
• B & W copy costs: $0.25 + actual staff time
• Color copies: $1.00 + actual staff time
• Audio tapes: $20.00 each
• Watershed Plan (paper): Cost of Production
• Watershed Plan (CD): $10.00
• CIP: $10.00 each

District expenses for postage, mailing labels, contracted services, and other miscellaneous services will be billed at cost. The "Application Fee" applies to all permits, including fast track permits.
