Innovation in Government Award:  Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs
Outstanding Partner Award:  Minnesota Waters
Youth Naturalist Award:  Youth of Pierson Lake Association (APPLE)
Citizen Engagement Award:  Lake Action Alliance
Outstanding Contribution Award:  Bob and Jan Halverson
