Announcing the 2017 Earth Day Photo Contest Winners

Friday, April 21, 2017

Thanks to everyone who entered the 2017 Earth Day Photo Contest! We almost TRIPLED the number of entries we received compared to 2016, making this decision especially tough.  We were also blown away by the quality of the entries -- an equal testament to the skills of our residents and the beauty of our resources.

Below are the winners as chosen by MCWD staff. We're already looking forward to next year's submissions! If you have a photo you think we could use in the meantime, feel free to submit it through our website, and follow us on Instagram for more shots from across the watershed!

The top 3 winners were chosen in two categories: Landscape & Recreation.  First place winners will receive 2 free tickets to our end of year Sunset Celebration to commemorate our 50th Anniversary.
